Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States at this time. If your address isn't covered, checkout tells you before you pay.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our US warehouse in New Jersey or California within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days. Each product page shows its delivery window, and checkout shows an estimated delivery date.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Late, lost or damaged

If tracking shows no delivery 10 business days after your order shipped, or your item arrives damaged, email us at hollowoakhome.shop@gmail.com. Our refund policy explains what happens next.
